## Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale") are not eligible for return or refund.

## How to Return an Item
1.  Contact our support team at meifannao8@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
2.  Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
3.  Package your item securely and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

## Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
